***What you'll need***
Program of Choice.
I am using Photoshop CS5

Tube of choice.
I am using the artwork of Zlata_M

Kit of choice.
I am using a Scrapkit called, “Happy new year” by Designs By Sarah
You can find this HERE

Mask of Choice.
I am using BigMask008 by Vix
Which you can find HERE

~*~*~ Let's Get Started~*~*~

Start a new canvas
600px by 600px
flood fill with white

Open pp9
Resize to 600px by 600px
Copy and paste into your canvas

Select your custom shape tool
Find the shape, “Flower 2 Frame”
(you may need to load your preset shapes. To do this click the small arrow on the right, All, Append)
With your foreground set to black, draw out a good sized flower frame shape
Move this layer below your paper
Hold down alt and in your layers pallate, move your mouse between the two layers, once in changes to the three circle right click your mouse once to create a clipping mask.
Merge these two layers together.

Ctrl + Click on the frame layer.
Select → Modify → Expand, by 3
Add a new layer below the frame layer
Flood fill with a color from your paper frame.
Deselect.
Filter → Noise → Add Noise
25%, Gaussian, Monochromatic
Add a drop shadow to this layer

To the paper frame layer
Add a bevel and emboss, check contour as well, soften to about 15 px.
Merge those two layers together.

Open pp12
Resize to 600px by 600px
Paste into your canvas
Drag below your frame
Use your magic wand to select inside of your frame
Select → Modify → Expand, by 5
Invert your selection and on the new paper layer, press delete.
Deselect.

Open pp2
Resize to 600px by 600px
Drag to just about your white background
Apply your mask to this layer

Add your tube to your canvas.
Resize and reposition to your liking.
Once you like where it's at, duplicate this layer
Have one just above and one just below the frame
Hide the one above for now.
Erase any parts of the tube that are below the frame
Add a drop shadow

Unhide the top tube layer
Erase any parts that are below the frame as well as over the frame
Duplicate the tube
On the top one
Filter → Blur → Gaussian Blur, 3.0
Change the blend mode of this layer to soft light

Now we're just going to add the elements to the tag
Do so to your liking, resized and positioned as you want
