This tutorial is written as if you have a general knowledge on how to use the program.

***What you'll need***
Program of Choice.
I am using Photoshop CS5
But, if you know your tools you can use any program of choice

Tube of choice.
I am using the artwork of Elias Chatzoudis
You must purchase a license to use his tubes and can do so HERE

Scrapkit of Choice
I am using the scrapkit “Beatz” by Designs by Sarah
You can find this HERE

Additional Filters
Penta – ColorDot

Animations of Choice
I am using SimoneAni351 & SimoneAni242
You can find both of these for download HERE

~*~*~ Let's Get Started~*~*~

Start a new canvas
600px by 600px
Flood fill with white.

Open frame 1
Add to your canvas
Resize down by about 80%
Add a drop shadow

Open pp2
Add to your canvas and resize down until it fits just inside the frame
Move it to where you where it
I did it a little more towards the top or darker blue
so it sort of cascades down in the frame
Use your magic wand to select inside of the Frames
Select → Modify → Expand, by 5
On the paper layer press delete
Deselect
Duplicate
On the top one
Filter → Penta → ColorDot, all at default
Change the blend mode to soft light

Open your tube and add to your canvas
Resize and reposition how you'd like to
I mad it look like she was laying on top of the frame
Duplicate this layer
On the top one
Filter → Blur → Gaussian Blur, 3.0 px
Change the blend mode to soft light
To the bottom tube add a drop shadow

Add your tube to your canvas again in between the frame background layers
I flipped the middle one of mine horizontally
Erase any that are outside the frame or that overlap to other frames
Merge the three together
Change the blend mode to luminosity
Lower the opacity to 80%

Now add which elements you'd like
I used the following from the bottom layer up with a drop shadow unless stated:

print 1 (no drop shadow)
beads
beads
frame 2 (no drop shadow)
frame 2 (no drop shadow)
print 1 (no drop shadow)
music notes 2 (no drop shadow)
equalizer 1 (add an outer glow to this as well)
string 1
ribbon 1
disco ball
bow 2
cd
shoes
word art 1 (added a stroke here)
flower 1
bow 1
headphones
music player
lips

Add your name

Crop your tag to get rid of the access space that's not needed

Resize if you'd like to

****Most Important****
Add your copy right information

If you're happy with your result save to your liking and you're done!

Now to animate
Add your animations to your canvas just above the frame
Resize them down to how you'd like them and move them to one side of your canvas
Once you have both of them positioned how you like them duplicate them and move them over to the other side of your canvas
I had to erase a bit of the music notes animation towards the bottom on about 4 frames

Open your animation window and have all but the very first frame open on all of them
Add a new layer to the animation window
Hide the first layer of all 4 of the animation and unhide the second layer
Add a new animation layer hide the second layer and unhide the third layer
Continue this all the way down to the last layer

Have you delay set to .1 and set to go forever
Press Play and watch it go

If you're happy with your results save as a .gif and you're done!
