It is of my own creation and any resemblance to any other tutorial is purely coincidental.

Do not translate or script.
This tutorial is written as if you have a general knowledge on how to use the program.

***What you'll need***
Program of Choice.
I am using Photoshop CS5
But, if you know your tools you can use any program of choice

Tube of choice.
I am using the artwork of Keith Garvey
You must purchase a license to use his tubes and can do so HERE

Scrapkit of Choice
I am using “Just a Note” by Gemini Creationz
You can find this HERE

Mask of Choice
I am using Mask141 by Weescotslass Creations
Which you can find HERE

Additional Filters Needed
PhotoEffex – Scanlines

~*~*~ Let's Get Started~*~*~

Start a new canvas
650px by 650px
Flood fill with white.

Open e_39
Add to your canvas
Resize down by 85%
Add a drop shadow

Open p4
Resize to 600px by 600px
Add to your tag below the frame
Use your magic wand to select inside the frame
Select → Modify → Expand, by 5
Invert the selection, press delete
Duplicate this layer
Filter → PhotoEffex → Scanlines
With the following settings:

Change the blend mode to soft light

Open p5
Resize to 600px by 600px
Add to your canvas just above the white background layer
Apply the mask here

Add your tube to your canvas, resize and reposition to your liking
Erase any of the legs that are over the frame
Duplicate this layer
Filter → Blur → Gaussian Blur, 3.0px
Change the blend mode to soft light
To the bottom tube add a drop shadow

Add your tube to the canvas a couple more times
I flipped one horizontally
Have them in between the two paper background layers
Merge them together
Erase any of the tubes that are outside the frame
Change the blend mode to Luminosity, lower the opacity to 50%

Now add which elements you'd like
I used the following from the bottom layer up with a drop shadow unless stated:

*These Go below the frame, just above the mask layer*
-Work only on the right side-

e26 (no drop shadow)
e11 (no drop shadow)
e43 (no drop shadow)
e6

Duplicate these, Flip horizontally and move to the left side of your tag

*These all go above the top tube layer*
-again, only work on the right side for now-
e67
e73
e5
e27
e66
e52
e73
e59
e64
e37
e36
e3
e14

Duplicate these, Flip horizontally, move to the left side
Move the pink flower layer that is now covering her hand down below the tubes

Add your name

Crop your tag to get rid of the access space that's not needed

Resize if you'd like to

****Most Important****
Add your copy right information

If you're happy with your result save to your liking and you're done!
