It is of my own creation and any resemblance to any other tutorial is purely coincidental.

Please do not copy and do not post elsewhere.
Do not translate or script.
This tutorial is written as if you have a general knowledge on how to use the program.

***What you'll need***
Program of Choice.
I am using Photoshop CS5
But, if you know your tools you can use any program of choice

Tube of choice.
I am using the artwork of Zindy S. D. Nielsen
You must purchase a license to use her tubes and can do so HERE

Scrapkit of Choice
I am using “Winter Meadow” by Pimp'd Designz
You can find this HERE

Mask of Choice
Mask84 by Weescotslass Creations
You can find this for download HERE

Additional Filters Needed
Xero – Porcelain
Xero – Bad Dream

~*~*~ Let's Get Started~*~*~

Start a new canvas
600px by 600px
Flood fill with white.

Open frame-03
Add to your canvas
Duplicate
On the bottom one
Resize down to 63%
Rotate -15 degrees
Add a drop shadow
On the on top one
Resize down to 53%
Rotate 18.50 degrees
Add a drop shadow
Arrange on your canvas similar to mine

Open pp-01
Resize to 600px by 600px
Add to your canvas just below the frames
Use your magic wand to select inside the frame
Select → Modify → Expand, by 5px
Invert the selection
On the paper layer press delete
Deselect

Open pp-06
Resize to 600 px by 600 px
Add to your canvas just above the white background layer
Apply the layer mask here

Add the tube to the canvas
Just below the frame
Resize and reposition to your liking inside the smaller frame
Erase any that may be outside the frame at the bottom
Duplicate this layer
On the top one
Move it above the frame
Erase any of the tube that is over the frame here
Filer → Xero → Porcelain
All at default, except blue channel at 0
Filter → Xero → Bad Dream
Something subtle that just brightens the tube up just a bit again
On the bottom tube
Add a drop shadow

Add your tube again under the other frame
Resize and reposition to your liking
I flipped mine horizontally
Erase any of the tube that's outside the frame
Change the blend mode to luminosity
Lower the Opacity to 50%
Duplicate
Filter → Blur → Gaussian Blur, 3.0px
change the opacity of this one to 30%, still with luminosity as the blend mode

Now add which elements you'd like
I used the following from the bottom layer up with a drop shadow unless stated:

Swirl-01 (no drop shadow)
branch-01
snowflake-01
snowflake-01
swirl-02
tree
snowman
flower-01
flower-01
ribbon-01
ribbon-02

ornament-02
ribbon-01
ornament-02 (desaturated)
ribbon-04

Add your name

Image → Trim
Top left pixel color all boxes checked

Resize if you'd like to

If you're happy with your result save to your liking and you're done!
