Flood fill with white.

Open as28
Add to your canvas
Scale down by 50%
Add a drop shadow

Open paper04
Resize to 600px by 600px
Add to your canvas
Use your magic wand to select inside the frame
Select → Modify → Expand, by 5
Invert the selection
On the paper layer, press delete
Deselect

Open paper12

Add to your canvas below the other paper layer
Apply the mask here

Add your full body tube to your canvas
Resize and position to your liking.
Duplicate when you have this
Have one above and one below your frame layer
On the bottom one, erase any of the bottom of the tube that's extending beyond the frame
Add a drop shadow

On the top tube erase any that is over the frame on the bottom.

Filter → Xero → Porcelain
All at default except blue channel, set at 0.

Filter → Xero → Radience
Something subtle that just brightens the tube back up

Filter → Sharpen → Unsharp Mask
All at default.

Add your tube close up to the canvas twice, adjusting and positioning to your liking, I flipped one horizontally
Change the blend mode of the one on the left to overly
Change the blend mode to the one on the right to luminosity, opacity of 40%
