~*~*~ Let's Get Started~*~*~

Start a new canvas
600px by 600px
flood fill with white

Open frame2 & frame1
Add them to your canvas and arrange them similarly to what I've done.
The square frame is also angled to the left a bit.

Open pp11
Resize to 600px by 600px
Add to your canvas
Use your magic wand to select inside your circle frame
Select → Modify → Expand, by 5
Invert the selection and on the paper layer press delete.
Deselect

Open pp7
Resize to 600px by 600px
Add to your canvas
Use your magic wand to select inside your square frame
Select → Modify → Expand, by 5
Invert the selection and on the paper layer press delete.
Deslect.

Open pp1
Resize to 600px by 600px
have this layer just above the white background layer.
Add the mask here.

Add your tube to your canvas on the right side.
Duplicate it.
On the bottom one add a drop shadow
On the top
Filter → Blur → Gaussian Blur, radius of 3.0
Change the blend mode to overly.

Add the tube to the circle frame.
I flipped mine horizontally.
Duplicate this layer.

On the bottom one, erase any of the tube that is below the frame.
Add a drop shadow

One the top erase any that's below and over the frame.
Filter → Xero → Porcelain, all at default except blue channel at 0
Filter → Sharpen → Unsharp Mask, all at default

Add your tube once more, flip it horizontally again.
Delete any of the tube that's outside the frame
Change the blend mode to luminosity, opacity at 25%

Now just add any elements that you'd like, repositioned and resized as you'd like them
I used to following from the bottom layer up. with a drop shadow unless stated.

Funky swirl2 (no drop shadow)
funky leaves (no drop shadow)
ribbon2
funky flower2
paper shape3
tag2
staple
button1
button1
button2
button

Add some text to your tag

Add your name

Image → Trim
Top left pixel color, all boxes checked

Resize if you'd like to

*****Most Important*****
Add your copyright information

If you're happy with your results save to your liking and if you don't want to animate you're done!!

If you want to animate though, we're going to go back to the text layer we added to our tag.
I duplicated it twice and changed it so that I have three different layers.
The first, “So Retro”, second “So Funky”, third, “So Dazed”

Now hide the top to so you're just looking at your first text layer.
Duplicate this layer.
Filter → Blur → Motion Blur
Angle it so that it matches your text, mine is at 60 degrees.
Distance 8 pixels.

Repeat this with the other two text layers.

Now we're going to go to our animation window.

Hide all but the very first text layer we started with.
Set the animation at .1 sec delay and to replay forever.
Add a new animation layer and hide the original text layer and unhide the blurred text of that layer.
Add a new layer and change the opacity to 90%
Add a new layer and change the opacity to 80%
Continue adding and lowering the opacity by 10% until you're at 10%.

Repeat this same process with the other two layers.
If you do 3 text layers you'll wind up with 33 frames.

Change the delay on the 3 orignal text layers in the animation window to 1 sec.
On mine those are frames 1, 12, 23

Press play and see your animation go.
You should have something similar to mine :)

If you're happy with it save as a .gif and you're done!!
